Tata Motors has showcased a range of its high-performance commercial trucks at EXCON 2022, South East Asia’s biggest construction equipment technology trade fair. A total of nine M&HCVs (Medium & Heavy Commercial Vehicles) have been debuted under the company’s ‘Striding towards nation building’ theme. Tata says that the trucks are aimed at boosting productivity and profitability of fleet-owners, and feature innovative mobility solutions across diverse operations.

Tata claims that the Surface Tippers Zone trucks are engineered for faster turnaround, while providing lower total cost of ownership, higher comfort and safety for the driver, whereas the two Mining and Quarry Zone trucks are fully built vehicles for high performance, versatile and heavy-duty usage. The Ready Mix Concrete Zone debuted at the event are equipped with REPTO (Rear Engine Power Take Off) technology, which is claimed to reduce operating costs up to 11%. Apart from the aforementioned M&HCVs, Tata Motors has also showcased the Tata Yodha pick-up, and the Tata Ace HT+ at the exhibition.
